We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

You receive the wrong product, or
Your order arrives damaged due to shipping.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
Photos of the item received
Photos of any damage (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

EMX Supply is not responsible for:

Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or accidents
